Now, more than ever, volunteers express their valuable commitment to help others and make connections that bring us closer together as families, as neighbors, as communities and as a nation. DonorNation is proud to recognize and honor volunteers who inspire others to make service to our schools a central part of their lives.
Now is the last chance to get your nominations in for this year’s San Diego School Volunteer of the Year Award! We received so many requests for an extension that we have decided to extend submission deadline for two more weeks. Now, until March 14, DonorNation will accept nominations for San Diego County’s most dedicated school volunteers. If you know someone who is deserving of this award, simply visit DonorNation to nominate him or her today! Anyone from any San Diego school community – teachers, parents, principals, PTA members and fellow volunteers – can nominate candidates for this year’s award. Volunteers must be 18 years or older and cannot be paid for their services.
School Volunteer of the Year Award submissions now accepted by any member of the school community
DonorNation is excited to announce that the nomination period for the second annual School Volunteer of the Year Award is now open! From January 14 to March 14, principals and directors of San Diego County schools are invited to nominate their school’s most dedicated volunteers for a chance to be honored as DonorNation’s 2013-14 School Volunteer of the Year and win valuable cash prizes for their school.
